As part of the Minerals Project Logistics team, you'll manage project deliveries in line with the project schedule and budget by collaborating successfully with project teams, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders. In this role, you have the key role in managing the project logistics together with the global logistics team through daily operational tasks.

As a Summer Trainee, Project Logistics, Espoo, your responsibilities include:

• Planning, managing, and monitoring logistics in equipment delivery projects according to the project-specific contractual requirements and corporate processes and guidelines
• Selecting and purchasing logistics services according to corporate sourcing rules
• Managing shipping and transportation schedules according to the project delivery schedule
• Managing and preparing required logistics and customs clearance documentation
• Supporting customers in customs issues
• Monitoring and reporting deviations to project delivery schedule

• A higher degree study background in for example Logistics
• Positive attitude, great work ethic, and eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.​ 
• A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively. 
• Basic technical and IT skills, especially in Office, and you learn new technologies easily.
• Strong communication skills in English.

The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
