We are looking for Project Logistics Summer Trainees to join the BA Services Project Logistics Central and East team. These positions are based in Espoo or Lappeenranta.

As Summer Trainee, Project Logistics you will work with some of the following tasks:

• planning, managing and monitoring logistics in projects according to project-specific contractual requirements and corporate processes and guidelines

• selecting and purchasing logistics services according to corporate sourcing rules

• managing shipping and transportation schedules according to project/sales order delivery schedule

• preparing required logistics and customs clearance documentation

• supporting L/C invoicing and documentation, whenever applicable

• supporting Customer in customs issues

• monitoring and reporting deviations to the logistics budget and project delivery schedule

• managing non-project-related miscellaneous shipments

To succeed

• A higher degree study background in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or Transportation Management

• A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work

• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.​

• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.

• Good skills in MS Office tools

• Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively 

• Good written and verbal communication language skills in English – all other additional languages are considered as an asset

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 1950-2700 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
