We are looking for you to join us at Real Estate Management team at Porvoo Kilpilahti for the summer.

Your responsibilities for the summer job

In your role, you will

• Implement construction management processes and practices, and proactively contribute to their development

• Facilitate constructability plan and review the process

• Support design processes, and participate in purchasing process as a technical expert

• Report the progress and possible risks to project management

• Act as an essential link between Neste's internal stakeholders and the real estate management suppliers

The keys to success

You are motivated to learn, and enjoy working with a team for which safety, sustainability and professionalism are key elements of work.

In addition we see that the best combination of experiences, skills and background in this position is 

• At least two years Bachelor’s degree studies in engineering or business or similar relevant skills

• Previous experience of the field of Construction / Real Estate

• Fluency in Finnish and English

• Good skills in typical office IT applications
