We are looking for a new team member to join our global system implementation project as a Project Coordinator Trainee. The project will be implementing Transportation Management System and Trade Compliance solution across all Metso Outotec locations and Business Areas. We welcome someone who is still studying so no prior working experience is required, just the right mindset, creative ideas, and eagerness to learn!

We will provide you full support of the project team and its support organizations, and a chance to get firsthand experience on working on a global implementation project.
As a Summer Trainee, Project Coordinator, you will join our Project Team, preferably in Tampere. Your tasks will include the following:
Project Coordination tasks
Coordination of Change Management materials.
Support in setting up training curriculums and courses in different working environments.
Coordination of training plans and schedules together with the project team and coordinating the execution.
Coordination with Subject Matter Experts, Key Users, or other stakeholders for successful training delivery.
Track and report on training records and outcomes.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 1950-2700 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
