As our trainee, you will support our Product & Asset Strategy Development team to create and improve internal business processes, tools and documentation that support our journey to transform Neste’s Porvoo refinery into the Most Sustainable Refinery in Europe by 2035. You will also conduct case assignments for given topic areas. Co-operation and coordination between Product & Asset Strategy Development team and multiple stakeholders will be an essential part of your job.
The team consists of five professionals, who are dedicated to strategic transformation planning. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company. We look forward to hearing your new and innovative ideas and appreciate your readiness to act on them with the support of your team.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to be at the final stages of your Master’s studies in Technology, Business or a similar, relevant field. You also have 2+ years relevant summer trainee experience. We are looking for a trainee with excellent communication skills in English, motivation to learn and ability to participate in our transformation journey.

Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
