As a Summer Trainee, Processes and Systems, Espoo Finland, you will:​ 

• Create process documentation in Metso Outotec QPR portal

• Validate Metso Outotec work instructions for stakeholders

• Support in business process deployment across the services and consumables business areas including market areas

• Coordination of training and information sessions directed at specific target groups

​ 

To succeed

• Studying business administration or other similar field

• A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work

• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.​

• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.

• Good skills in MS Office tools

• Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively 

• Proficient/Fluent English is required

The processes and systems team comprises of professionals working in business process development, project management, analytics, and deployment and compliance working with multiple stakeholders across our services and consumables business areas.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 1950-2700 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
