We are looking for a summer trainee in the process owner team in Tampere or Espoo area in Finland.

As a Summer Trainee, Logistics Excellence, process owner team you will:​  

• Help with process work-related documentation

• Support the process owners in various tasks

• Help with stakeholder management

​  

To succeed:​  

• A higher degree study background in for example Process Technology, Process Metallurgy, business, IT, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, customer experience (CX), customer data management

• A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work 

• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.​ 

• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks. 

• Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively  

• Language requirements: English

The process owner team is a global team with various stakeholders working with processes related to global logistics and operations. The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 1950-2700 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
