Summer Trainee, Process Development

We are looking for a Summer Trainee for a position in process development. As our summer trainee, your tasks and responsibilities include documenting existing practices, policies and processes to Port Services -guidebook, helping in developing new business processes and standardizing practices and testing processes in practice with business stakeholders.

What you should bring
- Suitable technical or business studies in university or polytechnic.
- Fluent use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to absorb a lot of information and create visually clear content
- Excellent collaboration, presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Finnish will be beneficial.
This position is ideal for students on the verge of graduation or that have just graduated with a focus on business or technical studies. To succeed in this role, you should have interest in business process development and have logical as well as analytical thinking. You should be able to work independently and have a can-do attitude.
This Summer Trainee position is located at our headquarter in Hyvinkää, but you can optionally work from Espoo Keilaniemi office as well. The summer job is a fixed term up to 4-5 months, starting typically in May-June and ends in August-September, accurate dates are negotiable. The position will be filled as soon as the right person for the job is found, most likely in March. We will inform all the applicants when all recruitments have been completed.
