Summer trainee, Power Transmission Engineering

Job Description

We are looking for a trainee to be part of the Power transmission and hydraulics engineering team in our Tampere factory engineering department during spring and summer 2018. As a power transmission engineering trainee your work will consist of product development and improvement tasks such as designing the assemblies of engine modules and power transmission systems (3D modelling) and defining the components as well as creation of related engineering documents and drawings. Job can be started as part-time trainee as soon as we find the right person and continued as full-time trainee over the summer.

To Succeed

We expect you to have technical education within relevant area. We appreciate any experience in working with mobile machinery and machine design. Experience in 3D design is a plus and any knowledge of mobile technology, automation or mechanical engineering is beneficial. In addition we prefer that you have a customer focused and innovative mindset, you are spontaneous, co-operative and able to work effectively as a part of a team and that you are good at solving problems.
