Summer trainee, Plant Automation

We are looking for Summer Trainee to work in the Plant Automation team in Espoo, Finland. The team is responsible of developing and maintaining real-time control systems and information managemement systems. With these capabilities and the team’s support, we help our businesses to develop and deliver novel digital products and customer specific solutions.

As Summer Trainee – Plant Automation, you will work with some of the following tasks:

• Real-time Process Control Systems (DCS and PLC)
• Information Management Systems
• Operational Technology networks and infrastructure
• OT networks cybersecurity

To succeed, you will need:

• A higher degree study background in Automation Engineering
• A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work.​
• Positive attitude and great work ethic
• Eagerness to learn more, develop and succeed.​
• A customer focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.​
• Good skills in MS Office tools
• Combined technical and business mindset
• People skills including the ability to influence people effectively
• Ability to take ownership on the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively
• Good communication skills in English​
