We are currently looking for a summer trainee to join our Organizational Change Management team.

Your responsibilities for the summer job

In your role, you will 

  • Act as a training contact person to our Global deployment locations, mainly Rotterdam and Singapore

  • Your work during the summer includes training coordination and other assisting tasks relating to system trainings

  • Update communication material and take part in other communication activities

  • Assist other activities relating to system trainings and OCM work

You will work closely with our professional trainer and whole team to ensure successful system trainings after holiday season.

Your salary will be determined based on the complexity of the task, the skills and experience required for the job, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.

Summer job takes place in Espoo, Keilaranta.
