Summer trainee, Order Handler

We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Order Handling to join our Port Parts Center team in Hyvinkää. In this role you will be working with our spare part professionals. Your daily responsibilities include for example order handling in SAP system, order follow up and customer communication with our internal Konecranes frontlines and direct customers all around the world. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hyvinkää, Finland with the possibility to work partly remotely.

What kind of talent are we looking for?
This role is ideal for a technical or commercial field student who is eager to learn more about spare parts order related tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

Requirements:
- Academic background in a technical or commercial field.
- Understanding of good customer service mindset from your studies or working life.
- You know how to use traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, etc., SAP or other ERP system knowledge is a plus.
- Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial, but not mandatory.
