As our trainee, you will support the Operations Team in Espoo in coordinating the day-to-day planning, implementation and optimization of the commercial, service and terminal contracts in the domestic and international oil and renewable business area. 

The team consists of 30 professionals, and the main job of the team is to support Neste strategy by carrying out feedstock and product sales/supply delivery operations successfully. This job requires close communication with both internal and external (customer/supplier) counterparties. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company. 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have advanced already well in your studies in Business/Technology/Logistics or a similar, relevant field. We are looking for a Trainee with customer oriented mindset, excellent teamwork and communication skills in Finnish and English, motivation to learn and be a part of a dynamic, professional team.

Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of credits you have from your studies.
