Metso Outotec Training Academy leads globally the development and deployment of all product and technology related training materials and programs to our internal colleagues, distributors, business partners and customers in all Business and Market areas. Training Academy is looking trainees for summer 2023 with different backgrounds and experiences.

As a Summer Trainee – Metso Outotec Training Academy, you will:​ 

• Produce engaging technical training content with experts for different types of training, such as: eLearning, videos, training presentations and practical training

• Participate in continuous development projects related to Training Academy tools, processes and ways of working

​ 

To succeed

• A higher degree study background in technical, business or another suitable field (for example Process Technology, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Marketing, Communications, Service design, Graphical design,..)

• Curiosity towards Metso Outotec business and technologies as well as training services

• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role​

• Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively 

• Good skills in MS Office tools

• Good communication skills in English

• Experience of creating training content, visual presentations or producing videos are seen as an advantage

The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
