We are looking for a hands-on, service-minded Marketing Trainee to our multi-cultural aftermarket value sales and marketing function. Our team produces customer-centric materials and tools for global use. In this role, you will have a great chance to learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to Metso Outotec success. Preferred location is Helsinki or Tampere.
As a Summer Trainee – Marketing, you will:
Create content for marketing materials, campaigns and launches such as presentations, web, blogs/articles, videos, brochures, ads, success cases, webinars etc.
Work closely together with marketing counterparts within the team and other business areas, market areas and head office
Update and use common marketing databases and tools
Support the team with common tasks (social media, newsletters, photo/video editing, intranet updates etc.)
To succeed the following is required:
A higher degree study background in marketing or communications
Excellent English writing skills
Visual skills, strong InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint and video editing skills
A customer-focused mindset, and problem-solving skills
Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively
