We are eager to hear what you will say after the summer of 2023! 

As our trainee, you will support the Market Intelligence team in the Renewable Road Transport business unit by performing market research and analysis, gathering data or conducting larger studies on relevant topics. Preparing presentation materials and participating in the further development of our models that support our analysis will also be part of your job. You will also solve commercial problems with the help of business and financial analysis as well as support ongoing projects. 

Our team drives short- and medium-term decision making in Neste’s renewables business units and contributes to longer-term strategic development with insights on markets and competition. You will receive from us support and guidance for your tasks as well an induction into the job and Neste as a company. The active feedback culture in our team will help you make the best out of your summer with us for your personal career development. 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be at the final stages of your studies in business, economics, technology or a similar, relevant field. You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to influence internal stakeholders by clear and convincing communication. We are looking for a trainee with excellent communication skills in English, other language skills are seen as a great asset. You should also have great motivation to learn and high proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and/or equivalent Google tools.

All applicants must be students at the time of applying. Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. For some roles, the recruitment process may include a health check and drug test. The planned time period for the summer job is 01.05.-31.08.2023, but can be agreed with some flexibility.
