As our trainee, you will support the Solution Support & Compliance team’s operative work. Solution Support & Compliance team is responsible for ensuring Marketing & Services compliance and supporting our personnel, in Finland and in Baltics. On a daily basis, you will support Marketing & Services’ Know your Customer- process by identifying and verifying background data of new customers, handling alerts and analysing customer data and assess related risk. You will work closely with Sales, Risk Management, Customer Service and Customers. 

The Solution Support & Compliance team consists of 8 professionals with two KYC Coordinators who will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company. 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be at the final stages of your studies as Bachelor of Business Administration or a similar, relevant field. You also have some experience of banking or similar. We are looking for a trainee with excellent communication skills in Finnish and English and motivation to learn.

Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
