What you’ll do
You will ensure that location specific IT and related business knowledge is maintained and documented. In addition, you will help to co-ordinate IT development projects for assigned UPM locations. Bi-directional communication with business and IT stakeholders is a key expectation of the SDM role.
Your main tasks will include:
Maintaining, developing and complying with local IT solutions
Initiating development needs and managing the actions for applications and infrastructure in responsible locations
Managing the interface with local business and acting as a single contact point
Striving for continuous improvement and soliciting customer feedback to improve service
Managing local service providers and participating in the governance of global service providers
Ensuring that end-to-end technical site knowledge is secured / existing (documented)
Managing defined budgets for local solutions/components including related cost control
Who you are
We are looking for IT technology (or similar) students, who are already a bit further in their studies. We appreciate a positive and energetic attitude, as well as capability to work both in teams and independently. Our everyday working language is English and good communication skills are considered as an asset. We are expecting, that you manage commonly used Microsoft Office 365 tools. Knowledge about Data Analytics tools and ServiceNow technology are considered a big plus.
