We are eager to hear what you will say after the summer of 2023! 

As our trainee, you will join our On-site Support team located in Porvoo, Kilpilahti industrial area, only some 30 minutes away from Helsinki city center by car. We also arrange free bus transportation for our employees from Helsinki, Porvoo and the surrounding areas.

In your role, you will 

• Support and maintain of the workstation environment

• Assist end users on their daily IT-problems

• Assist our service desk with incoming calls, workstation, application and mobile device support

• You will work closely with Service Desk to support end users with their daily problems

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be motivated to learn, and enjoy working with a team for which safety, sustainability and professionalism are key elements of work. Additionally, we expect you to have some experience from the customer service, workstation support and maintenance tasks, and you are able to communicate both in English and Finnish. A driver's license is also needed

All applicants must be students at the time of applying. Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. The planned time period of the traineeship is between May and September, depending on your availability.

The summer job recruitment process may include a video interview at the pre-selection stage and – if you are invited to participate further in the selection procedure – a face-to face interview in Porvoo. Depending on the situations, some of these may be arranged virtually. For some roles, the recruitment process may include a health check and drug test.
