Summer Trainee, IT Communications
The Summer Trainee positions at Neste are now open for applications!
We are looking for 3 Summer Trainees to join our IT teams to support and develop our communication management, digital transformation, stakeholder management and and daily communications related to the digital workplace. You will work closely with colleagues from IT, Business, Corporate Communications and HR. Neste IT aims to improve employee satisfaction via good user experience, improve employee productivity and enhance tech-friendly business culture and communication has a significant role to achieve all that. Your insight, views and knowledge is highly appreciated and you will be given a high level of freedom and independence to bring it to bear.
Your responsibilities for the summer job

The trainees would work in three different teams within the IT department but work in close collaboration with each other.

Your salary will be determined based on the complexity of the role and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
The planned time period of the traineeship is between May and September, depending on your availability.
The summer job recruitment process may include a video interview at the pre-selection stage and – if you are invited to participate further in the selection procedure – a face-to face interview in Espoo, Finland. Depending on the situations, some of these may be arranged virtually.

The person selected for the position may need to attend a health examination including a drug test. If required, a security clearance is obtained for the person with their consent.
