We are eager to hear what you will say after the summer of 2023! 

As our trainee, you will support the Oil products investment management team in portfolio management development projects. Coordination and other rollout activities will also be part of your job. You’ll be creating content that supports the change and strengthens the transformation mindset. On a daily basis, you will handle portfolio data management tasks, however we will expect you to provide new and innovative ideas and be ready to act on them with the support of your team. 

The team consists of three professionals, and the main job of the team is to support Neste strategy by executing investment pipeline and portfolio management. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company. 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be at the final stages of your studies in industrial engineering or management or a similar, relevant field. We appreciate working experience in process industry or investment projects.  We are looking for a trainee with excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, motivation to learn and genuine interest project portfolio management.

Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. For some roles, the recruitment process may include a health check and drug test. The planned time period for the summer job is from May to September 2023.
