 As a Summer Trainee, Global Inventory Optimization in Finland, you will:

• Support planning managers in daily operations, e.g., with data analysis and presentations

• Simulate with planning system simulation module and/or in Excel how what-if scenarios would impact inventories or forecast

• Support in demand planning by generating / refreshing demand and forecast baseline data sets

• Help team to maintain good documentation of the way of working and update instructions

• Create supply action requests based on information/decisions acquired by a planning manager or a demand planner

• Other global inventory planning-related tasks 

To succeed

• A higher degree study background in for example in Business, Mathematics/Statistics and Engineering 

• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role

• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks

• Good skills in MS Office tools, also SAP ERP preferred

• Good documentation skills to support creating memos, action trackers, and instruction documents

• English language skills

• Statistics and data handling coding skills are a plus

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 1950-2700 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
