Summer Trainee, Incubator team
The Summer Trainee positions at Neste are now open for applications! We are looking for a Summer Trainee to join our Incubator team. Incubator is a small and growing team in the Neste Innovation function. We ensure growth, renewal and long-term competitiveness of Neste by creating new significant-scale business opportunities in collaboration with partners in scalable renewable and circular solutions.
Your responsibilities for the summer job
In your role, you will
- work closely with a multidisciplinary team of business development professionals to support ongoing assessments of new business opportunities
- work in the evaluation of new business opportunities for Neste
- contribute to business case modelling
- contribute to market studies and interviews

- Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering/management or technology

Your salary will be determined based on the complexity of the task, the skills and experience required for the job, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
The planned time period of the traineeship is May - August 2021.
The summer job recruitment process may include a video interview at the pre-selection stage and – if you are invited to participate further in the selection procedure – a face-to face interview. This interview may be arranged virtually due to the pandemic.

The person selected for the position must pass a health examination including a drug test. If required, a security clearance is obtained for the person with their consent.
