Finland is the location of the Nokia headquarters and a key location for research, development and manufacturing for Nokia. In Finland we are a community of around 6,500 employees representing about 80 nationalities.

At Nokia Finland we hire hundreds of trainees and fresh graduates throughout the whole year. In the summer season we have the biggest volume in hiring trainees.

There are interesting summer trainee positions at Nokia Networks´ production and factory logistics of mobile networks base stations in Oulu, Rusko.

As a part of the company’s global network, the Oulu factory is Nokia Networks’ key manufacturing location for radio products in Europe. Close collaboration between factory product specialists as well as research and development departments ensure the fast and efficient ramp up of new products. The team also manages product transfers and technical support to other manufacturing locations throughout the product life cycle.

For production related tasks, it will be beneficial if you have at least some of the following competences:

Production and logistics tasks are related in machine assembly with SMD technology, hand assembly, tuning, testing, material handling and delivery operation. You may also work on maintenance tasks for production equipment and testers.

• You are at least 18 years old required for shift work. 

• You are handy, precise and can learn new things quickly. You are social, have sense of humor and get along with people.

• Working in three shifts fits your rhythm.

• We expect good knowledge of both Finnish and English.

• We value your strong self-initiative and genuine interest in the production-side of telecommunications.
