Summer Trainee, HSSEQ
We are currently looking for a summer trainee to join our HSSEQ team.
Your responsibilities for the summer job
As an HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality) Trainee you will have direct responsibility for administrating HSEQ systems and instructions. This will include end user support of our HSSEQ tools, instructions and updating standards database - and also communicating HSSEQ matters and organizing different events.
In your role as a HSSEQ Trainee:
- You will be part or our HSSEQ assurance team.
- Main focus is in communicating companywide and enabling the use of HSSEQ systems and tools.
- This includes revising instructions and writing informative bulletins.

We require that you have prior professional experience and relevant studies to support your work in HSSEQ assurance team. You have experience in multicultural communication and cultural awareness. Previous work with HSSEQ tasks and instructions is considered as an advantage.

Your salary will be determined based on the complexity of the task, the skills and experience required for the job, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.

The summer job recruitment process may include a video or phone interview at the pre-selection stage and – if you are invited to participate further in the selection procedure – an on-site interview.
The position is based in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, located only some 30 minutes away from Helsinki city center by car. We arrange free and flexible bus transportation for our employees from Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Porvoo to our office in Kilpilahti.
