Summer Trainee, HR Applications and Processes Team

We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Group Human Resources to join our team for the summer. The work location for this position is either Helsinki or Tampere in Finland. If possible, we would appreciate it if you are able to start in this role already in May 2023.

As Summer Trainee in Group Human Resources, in the HR Applications and Processes team, you will support the team in the administration of our global SAP SuccessFactors system and act as a helpdesk towards our region HR colleagues in their questions related to the system and processes. We use SAP SuccessFactors system for all our global people processes such as annual performance review and recruitment, and additionally all employment data is kept up to date in the same system for all our employees across over 50 countries.

To succeed, you are already advanced in your studies, for example in the HR field, and additionally, you are interested in IT systems. Maybe you already have some experience in HR systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel. We value a hands-on attitude and wish that you are energized by new challenges and opportunities to do problem-solving.

You are service-oriented and able to work proactively, systematically, and independently. You also communicate fluently in English.

The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
