We are eager to hear what you will say after the summer of 2023!

As our trainee, you will support the Group Quality Excellence team in Quality IT-systems user support, different development projects and process improvement initiatives. Also data analysis and other similar development activities will be part of your job. You’ll also be creating content that supports the users globally in achieving their development goals and strengthens the quality mindset. On a daily basis, you will handle user support and guidance routines, however we will expect you to provide new and innovative ideas and be ready to act on them with the support of your team.

The team consists of 8 professionals, and the main job of the team is to support Neste strategy by creating, maintaining and developing a continually improving management ecosystem. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job, the needed tools and our company.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be studying Engineering, Commercial or Business Admininstration in a relevant field. Ideally you have some experience in IT systems, corporate documentation management systems, lean and/or continual improvement. We are looking for a trainee with excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, motivation to learn and ability to participate in varying activities during the summer.

All applicants must be students at the time of applying. Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. For some roles, the recruitment process may include a health check and drug test. The planned time period for the summer job is from May to end of August.2023.
