Your responsibilities for the summer job

In your role, you will 

• Get to work in Group Accounting and see Neste Group’s external reporting

• Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting of Neste Group’s financials

• Review that quarterly report content is aligned with investor relations material

• Participate in group reporting development projects and process improvement

• Substitute your colleagues during their summer holidays

 
You will work closely with the colleagues in group accounting and finance colleagues globally to ensure good quality monthly and quarterly reporting of Neste Group’s financials. It is possible to modify the content of the assignment and responsibilities according to the selected candidate.

You are motivated to learn, and enjoy working with a team for which safety, sustainability and professionalism are key elements of work. Additionally, we see that the best combination of experiences, skills and background in this position would be

• Minimum 3 years studies in accounting

• Hands on working style and willingness to learn

• Good skills with Excel and using financial systems

• Finnish and English language skills

• Good humour

All applicants must be students at the time of applying. Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. The person selected for the position must pass a health examination including a drug test. The planned time period for the summer job is 15.5.-30.9.2023 but can be tailored to some extent.
