Summer Trainee, Global Order/Logistics Coordinator

In Global Order Management, you will be a part of a team that is receiving the customer orders of MO Aggregates machines. Team is also making sure the machines are transported at the requested time and place and invoicing them at correct time. Our team is experienced but also constantly developing and looking forward. We want to fulfill the customer expectations in the area of proactive and exact communication. 

As a Summer Trainee – Global Order Management in Tampere, you will: 

• Execute orders, whole chain from Customer to manufacturing factory

• Arrange transportations with all modes of transportation globally, mostly special transportation

• Issue invoices and export documentation

• Give Transportation quotes 

• Communicate straight with customer, with Tier 1 expectations

• Monitor orders, availability, factory capabilities etc.

 
To Succeed: 

• A study background in for example Logistics, International Business, Customer Experience (CX)

• Good communication skills and knowledge of English are a must, knowledge of Finnish, Hindi and other languages are considered as a plus

• A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work

• Positive attitude and great work ethic 

• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.

• A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills

• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.

• Good skills in MS Office tools

• SAP (SD module) experience is highly appreciated

• Interest in technical details and manufacturing industry is benefit

• Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively
