We are looking for summer trainees for several Global Master Data Management teams. In these positions, your primary responsibility is to extend supply chain-level master data to SAP, ensuring we offer our customers the spare and wear parts for their installed base.

In Master Data we offer summer jobs in:

Summer Trainee, Replacements Master Data, Location Tampere or Espoo

Team handles data requests related to material replacement in Salesforce to ensure that replacement data is maintained correctly in SAP. In practice, this means maintaining Material Master for different SAP plants, creating Purchase Info Records for internal and external vendor orders, loading prices for materials and updating blocking information in needed locations.

Summer Trainee, GQS Master Data, Location Tampere

Team handles data requests for Global Quotation Support teams in Salesforce to ensure that customer orders and quotations can be processed without any issues by creating and maintaining Material Master for different SAP plants, creating Purchase Info Records for internal and external vendor orders and loading prices for Sales Documents.

Summer trainee, Contract and Order Support, Location Tampere or Espoo

The team handles master data requests for various kind of projects (Equipment projects, service projects, consignment stocks) in Salesforce and SAP environments to ensure customer proposals and deliveries can be processed smoothly without any issues by creating and maintaining master data (eg. Material Master, PIRs, supply lanes, pricing conditions) for different SAP plants.

Summer trainee, Proactive Data and Quality Support, Location Tampere

The team is responsible for creating, extending and maintaining SAP material data proactively in Global Logistics Operations organization. To enable successful business transactions in SAP and support automated business processes, the team is also ensuring the master data quality by doing proactive data corrections as well as creating and running various quality reports.

To succeed in all these roles:

• Analytical and systematic way of working

• Strong familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPointPoint. SAP, Salesforce and Sharepoint are considered a plus

• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• Positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work. 

• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks

• Working as part of a global team requires strong communication skills in English

• Previous experience with master data maintenance is beneficial

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 1950-2700 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
