You will support our Employment Hub in different employee lifecycle related matters. In your role you will consult, advise, guide and support Neste employees and managers with many kinds of employee lifecycle matters. Your daily tasks will include supporting Neste employees and leaders in employment matters related to e.g. employment documents, people data updates and support to HR systems, Neste policies, guidance & processes, employment legislation, working time, leave of absences, retirement etc. Besides you will be managing and driving the employment change process by guiding and briefing from start to finish, updating needed systems and keeping eye on data quality, consistent process and compliance.
You will work closely with your team members as well as other HR colleagues and Summer trainees. The main purpose of the team is to support Neste strategy by executing & delivering employee lifecycle matters. Employment Hub supports line managers and Neste employees in Finland. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company.
To be successful in this role, we hope you are at the mid or final stage of your studies in e.g. Economics & Business Administration, HR or a similar field. Any experience in HR work is seen as an advantage. You have strong motivation to learn about HRM matters and you are ready to take responsibility and accountability. You should have good communication skills in Finnish and English. You are eager to participate in diverse tasks and challenges. We hope to hear about your new and innovative ideas and your readiness to act on them with the support of the team.

Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. For some roles, the recruitment process may include a health check and drug test. The planned time period for the summer job is 1.5.-31.8.2023 unless agreed otherwise.
