Meet some of our trainees from last summer! We are eager to hear what you will say after the summer of 2023!
As our trainee, you will support the Digitalisation team in online and mobile implementation projects with a focus on service design. On a daily basis, you will work with product and service owners, UX designers and developers to help them create services with the customer in mind.
The team consists of eight professionals who work closely with software development consultants, and the main job of the team is to support Neste strategy by developing digital tools and service for our customers. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction to the job and our company.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to be at the final stages of your studies in service design, UX design or or a similar, relevant field. For this position we value experience in designing and validating digital prototypes. We are looking for a trainee with excellent communication skills in English and with motivation to learn and ability to participate in interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.

Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
