We are seeking a digital marketing summer trainee to increase MO visibility in social media channels in Finland

As a Summer Trainee, Marketing, in Espoo or Tampere you will:​ 

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing programs and activities aligning with the regional sales team’s needs and strategies.

• Develop, plan, prepare and proofread target group-specific texts, images and video content for our social media channels, especially for one of our Facebook Page

• Support Market areas and Business areas in the creation of marketing flows and campaigns.

• Support Market Area Europe in the creation of demand and lead generation campaigns (using online advertising and marketing automation).

• Help foster our community over social media, monitoring the channels for positive engagement opportunities actively communicating with our followers and responding to queries in a timely manner

To succeed 

• A higher degree study background in marketing 

• An understanding of social media management tools. Prior experience in Falcon, and other management tools will be a bonus though candidates can be trained.

• Be very organized with a strong ability to listen and pay attention to detail

• Good communication skills in English and Finnish are required

• A previous experience in community management is a plus but not essential

• Good skills in MS Office tools, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign

• Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms

• The job requires regular traveling in Finland

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 1950-2700 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
