We are now looking for a Summer Trainee, Customer Service to our pulp mill in Pietarsaari.



A team of Customer Service Specialists works closely together with Sales Managers in order to fullfil customers’ needs.


What you’ll do

  • Guarantee high service level and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate closely and communicate intensely with our customers

  • Customer enquiry handling

  • Order processing, invoicing, dunning, complaint handling

  • Coordination and invoicing of consignment stocks

  • Internal supply chain coordination with production and logistics

  • Ensure transport flow with contracted forwarders

  • Monitor inventory movements at European distribution ports



Who you are

  • Industrial Clerk or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent education

  • Earlier experience in SAP order processing or another ERP

  • Customer Service experience in an international environment

  • Full command of local language and English

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Customer and service-oriented mind-set

  • Independent and structured way of working, high level of proactivity and personal initiative

  • Very good team-working ability

  • CRM experience is a plus (MS Dynamics, Salesforce)
