What you’ll do
Daily collaborate and communicate with customers
Handle customer contracts, orders and invoicing
Initiate and control customer master data creation and quality
Handle customer enquiry, claim and supplier questionnaire
Monitor customer stocks, support forecast process, sample and trial handling
Keep control of consignment stocks acc. contracts in place
Monitor customer payment behaviour together with Finance & Controlling
Assist Sales in enquiry handling and support Sales with market, product and customer information, check allocations and support sales with allocation process
Support full transparency of customer requirements across internal interfaces
Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and ways of working
Who you are
We are looking for economics, finance or social studies students who are interested in creating excellent customer experience and cooperation with Sales and Supply Chain Teams. We appreciate positive and proactive attitude, customer centricity as well as goal orientation and very good communication skills. Excellent English and Finnish skills are mandatory. Other language skills are considered as an asset.
