Summer Trainee, Crane Automation

We are looking for a Summer Trainee to join our Automation team in Hyvinkää. In this role you will be working with crane control systems. Your daily responsibilities include for example PLC programming, system testing and documentation. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hyvinkää with the possibility to work partly remotely.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a Automation or Software Engineering student who is eager to learn more about modern machine control systems. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

Requirements:
- Academic background in Automation or Software Engineering, preferably 2nd-4th year studies.
- Understanding of programming and electrics from your studies or working life.
- You know how to use traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
- Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial.
