In Change Management Office we are ensuring the quality of planned changes, safe service window and information for customers and business. The most important target of change management process is to minimize the impact on the customers.

As Change Manager you secure the quality of planned change request, analyze the impact, coordinate, schedule, inform and authorize planned change according to change management process guidelines. You will have close co-operation with specialists working in different technology domains.

Is this you?
As a Change Manager you will communicate fluently in Finnish and English. Swedish skill is an advantage. Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, or similar work experience in Information technology gives you a great base to the exciting journey!
