Summer Trainee, Change Management

Would you be a new member of the Change Management team?

As a trainee, you will be part of our small team of three, but also work with other organizations on a daily basis.

Work days include the following tasks:

As a trainee, your role is to support with daily tasks, arranging product change related meetings and attending product change testing. Working as a liaison between customer, supplier and internal operations where you can see the complete change management process and get familiar with all internal operations like Sourcing, Quality, Production and Logistics. This is a great position to understand the whole factory functions and get familiar with battery manufacturing business!

We hope you have:

• A master or bachelor degree student in engineering or materials science or other appropriate field
• Experience in working with Office tools and especially Excel will be beneficial
• Knowledge of product structure and 2D drawings is an advantage. ( but not mandatory )
• Good cooperation and problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset and practical attitude
• Fluency in English
