We are now looking for two

Summer Trainees

to join our Business Process Leadership team in the Center of Excellence. The team provides support to business process owners in the business process maturity development and improvement analysis.

Below are the key duties and requirements for each of the positions. Please indicate in your application, which position you are most interested in.


Summer Trainee, Change Management

  • Supporting in the development of the Business Process Leadership (BPL) change management material and plans

  • Supporting in the development and updating of the communication plan for business process leadership change program

  • You have experience in working with change management activities in companies and/or university

  • You are organized, have good written English skills and experienced in using various tools for change management

  • Experience in business processes or continual improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is considered as an asset


Summer Trainee, Continual Improvement

  • Taking part in business process improvement analysis cases

  • Performing data and process analysis

  • You have experience in working with continual improvement activities in companies and/or university

  • You have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt degree and are familiar to Minitab statistical software

  • You are analytical, curious and able to see the big picture when solving cases

  • Previous experience of solving continual improvement cases is considered as an asset


You are close to finalizing your university studies within e.g. engineering or economics. The ideal candidates find it easy to take initiative and are self-driven.

The summer trainee period is ideally from the beginning of May to the end of August, but the actual duration of the employment can be adjusted within this period.
