As our trainee, you will support the Business Process Leadership Centre of Excellence to strengthen the management model for leading process development and continual improvement across Business Areas and functions. In addition to the team members, you will work closely with members of the business and process owners to create content that supports the change and strengthens the Business Process Leadership mindset.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have passed the bachelor degree of your studies in economics, engineering or a similar, relevant field. Ideally, you are proactive with a self-driven mindset. You also possess the ability to understand and structure complex topics. In addition, you have experience in working with cross-functional teams at different levels of the organisation. We are looking for a trainee with excellent communication skills in English, both in written and spoken. This includes experience in creating communication and change management materials in different channels. We also value process development understanding and Lean Six Sigma knowledge. Likewise, any experience in working with continual improvement activities in companies and/or university as well as usage of Google toolset are considered as an advantage.

All applicants must be students at the time of applying. Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. For some roles, the recruitment process may include a health check and drug test. The planned time period for the summer job is 01.05.-31.08.2023.
Application review will start right after the position is opened and first interview rounds can be scheduled before the end of the application period, however, no later than week 7. The interview will include a case assignment.
