Summer Trainee, Business Process Development

Are you studying technical or business in university or polytechnic focusing on business, technical or industrial management studies close to graduating or just graduated and ready to hit your professional career with Konecranes Summer Trainee team of 2023?

We are looking for a Business Process Development Summer Trainee to join our Operation Development team in Hyvinkää. As a summer trainee you will be working with various process development tasks. Port Services operations rely on a variety of business processes covering e.g. service operations, project delivery and spare part delivery processes. Your daily responsibilities include for example creating documentation for the defined business processes e.g. templates, instructions, guidelines, or web page content. You will also interact with stakeholders globally to test and validate documentation. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hyvinkää or Espoo. The trainee position is a fixed term (max 6 months) and we hope that you have possibility to work at least from early May to the end of August, but the period is negotiable.

Requirements:  

• Academic background in technical or business studies 

• You know how to use traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint etc.  

• Logical and analytical thinking

• Ability to absorb information and create visually clear content

• Excellent collaboration, presentation and communication skills

• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial
