Summer Trainee, Business Analyst

We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Business Analyst to join Normet’s Digital Service team in Helsinki, on 2nd of May – 31st of August 2022. Team is responsible of Normet’s digital processes, services and tools facing our customers and Normet employees.

In this position, you will participate in designing our new digital capabilities related to IoT -services. Depending on the ongoing projects, you will participate in workshops with customers or internal Normet employees to understand the digital service needs. You might also participate/coordinate ongoing pilots and gather feedback about our new offerings.

What we expect from you?

• Master/Bachelor degree’s student in relevant field
• Good understanding of agile software development processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in Finnish and English
• Have the right attitude to work with a global network of people with different personalities and cultural backgrounds
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a global team
• Be proactive and eager to learn
• Have a can-do and results-driven attitude
