If you have interest in claims handling and possibly process development and good analytical and social skills, we might have a match. Come contribute to our growth journey and our mission to create a healthier planet for our children! Coordination and other rollout activities will be part of your job. You’ll be creating content that supports the change and strengthens the claims handling mindset. On a daily basis, you will handle  administrative tasks and provide support for the rest of the team, however we will expect you to provide new and innovative ideas and be ready to act on them with the support of your team. 

Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are

• daily back office activities

• manage and distribute email correspondence for the team

• register demurrage claims and disputes in ERP systems

• archive documents

• handle administrative tasks and provide support for the rest of the team

• collecting claims receivables.

The teams consist of 10+3 professionals, and the main job of these teams is to support Neste strategy by globally managing Neste Corporation’s bulk demurrage, cargo, transportation, storage, handling and operations claims related issues e.g. developing and commenting contracts, preparing and handling claims as well as supporting the stakeholders in their claims handling, negotiating and settling disputes. We also add value by developing and maintaining clear  processes, templates, instructions and co-operation models for claims handling. We provide loss prevention and claims handling support globally to all business units in the most complex claim categories and arrange frequent training. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company. 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be at the final stages of your studies in Business, maritime, logistics and/or law or a similar, relevant field.

We are looking for a trainee with good  argumentation and communication skills in Finnish and English, good analytical and social skills and with the ability to work independently.

We are hoping to get a team player with a positive and service-minded attitude. Being already familiar with google-tools is an advantage.
