We are looking for Summer Trainee, Automation. We have activities related to this position in Kuopio, Espoo, Tampere and Lappeenranta. You may apply for any of these locations.

As a Summer Trainee, Automation in Finland, you will be part of a concept- and/or product development team and get to participate in the latest R&D activities.

To succeed

• A higher degree study background in for example in Electrical, Automation and/or mechanical engineering.

• Capability and willingness for hands-on work.

• Programming skills are seen as an asset.

• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.

• Good skills in MS Office tools.

• English language requirement.

An interesting position in the Automation development team where we are working with cutting-edge technologies (X-rays, lasers, machine vision, process tomography, artificial intelligence, etc.) for providing new measurement and process optimization capabilities for the industry. You will have a great opportunity to develop your expertise by learning about minerals processing technology, automation and product development. Many of our summer trainees continue their employment with us part-time, full-time, or with their thesis after the summer.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 1950-2700 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
