Metsä Group Treasury Oy is Metsä Group’s centralized treasury unit providing financing and treasury services to all Metsä Group companies and business units.

We are looking for a part time trainee to join our Treasury Back Office team for the summer.

In your role, you will take care of day-to-day tasks related to Treasury operations including processing treasury payments, verifying foreign exchange and money market trade confirmations and loan administration.

You will work closely with Treasury’s Market Operations and Middle Office teams, and also with banks. This is a half-day task for the mornings.

This summer job is located in Espoo.

What we expect from you?

As a person we hope you would have an accurate and analytical way of working with flexible attitude and capability to work both independently and as a part of a team. This task requires ability to work according to set timetables.

The summer job is suitable for students in the area of finance at university of applied sciences or university, you can also be an early-stage student.

The preliminary planned time period for the summer job is between May 22nd and August 18th, 2023.
