What kind of summer job awaits you?

You will work as a team manager or in other white collar position in our pulp mill or sawmill in Rauma. You will be responsible for the efficient running of teams, and you will enable their development. You will play a key role in enabling safe, high quality and efficient production. You will be part of the mill’s production or maintenance team and work closely with external partners. This summer job is a day job.

What we expect from you?

This summer job is well suited for a student of, for example, mechanical engineering, automation or electrical engineering, bioproduct or process engineering. Previous experience in production or maintenance would be an advantage. You have a responsible and motivated work ethic. You want to develop and have an independent approach to work and have active problem-solving skills.

You will be able to work in English. Some of the tasks require Finnish language skills, but not all. We will consider also applicants who don’t have good Finnish language skills.
