Metsä Fibre's Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator in Joutseno is responsible for processing domestic and export customer orders in the SAP system up to invoicing. In addition, the tasks include export documentation related to orders and daily communication and liaison with internal and external customers.

The Supply Planning summer job in Rauma involves planning and organising production, inventory management and deliveries. The work also includes documentation and reporting and communication with internal and external customers.

The Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator summer job in Rauma includes coordinating pulp export shipments and outbound logistics, planning shipments, booking transport capacity, monitoring transport throughput and coordinating pulp trading stock levels.

We expect you to be reliable, flexible, proactive and a good team player. We value your ability to work independently and your willingness to learn and develop on the job.

The job requires good ICT skills, ability to cope with pressure, and fluency in English. Other languages are considered an advantage. We value an upbeat approach to work, customer service orientation and good interpersonal skills. The Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator summer job is well suited to polytechnic or university students in economics, industrial engineering and management, logistics or a similar field.
