We are looking for a Production Foreman for a summer job at our Kristiinankaupunki mill.

The tasks of a Production Foreman include:
• Acting as a direct manager for our operations employees
• Organizing the staffing and operating of the mill’s production machines according to current production needs in collaboration with production planning
• Acting as a link between operations and maintenance
• Other tasks related to managing operations
Production Foremen work in two shifts.

Who we are looking for
In order to succeed in this role, you:
• Are currently studying or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Have good communication skills
• Are flexible and work well under pressure
• Speak English
Previous experience from working as a manager is seen as a benefit.
We provide a comprehensive induction plan to all of our summer workers, so you do not need to know everything beforehand. Being motivated to work and having a can-do attitude will get you far.
