The main tasks of the customer service/process support coordinator are:
- daily communication with customers
- answering enquiries, order handling and follow-up, invoicing and documentation
- order related communication to all stakeholders

Who are we looking for?
In order to succeed in this role, you have
- positive and customer-oriented attitude
- ongoing studies related to the field of business
- fluent communication skills in English
- fluent communication skills either in Finnish or Russian in some of the tasks, other languages are an advantage
- ability to work under pressure and on several tasks simultaneously
- good teamwork skills
The length of the employment relationship varies between 3–5 months depending on the position.
