Job Description Summary

As a Summer Intern- you will work together with our Quality Assurance Leader in maintenance and improvement of our Quality Management System training process. You will be developing methods for training monitoring and Excel based tools for reporting and ensuring training completion and timeliness. You will also work in ensuring that our online trainings are assigned as needed and following up training completions.

Job Description

Responsibilities 

• Development on Excel based tools/reports for monitoring and reporting on training statuses and completions 

• Coordinate our Quality Management System trainings including training assignments 

• Engage with our People Leaders and assist them in their online training needs & questions  

• Report on training status & statistics 

Qualifications and experience  

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with MS Excel. Capability to create reports using Excel. 

• Desire to learn new IT tools 

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English  

• Studies towards Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 

Desirable skills 

• Demonstrated collaboration skills 

• Attention to detail 

• Interest in working medical device industry and interest to learn about medical device QMS requirements
